TERMS OF
SERVICE
This document governs the engineering relationship between EnginePath and its global community of developers. By accessing our platform, you agree to operate within the parameters defined below.
Last Modified
>$ 01. INTELLECTUAL CARGO
All technical visualizations, GPU usage heatmaps, and physics engine capability maps provided on this platform are the property of EnginePath. We grant a revocable, non-exclusive license to developers to study these blueprints for the purpose of optimizing their own software. This license specifically excludes any commercial redistribution of our raw technical documentation or "hot-fix" logs without explicit written consent.
FIG 1.1: PROPRIETARY RENDER STACK VISUALIZATION
02. USER-GENERATED TELEMETRY
By uploading asset compression data or game stability reports to our collaborative modules, you grant EnginePath the right to use this anonymized data to improve the global engine performance metrics. We respect the "Indie Studio" founder's privacy; your source code remains yours, while the performance benchmarks become part of our collective knowledge base.
USAGE PARAMETERS
System Integrity
Do not attempt to scrape asset compression data or simulate stress-tests via automated bots. Such actions cause critical latency for other developers.
Content Compliance
Apps utilizing EnginePath porting tools must adhere to Google Ads moderation policies. No extremist content or illegal software triggers permitted.
Resource Sharing
Access to our C++ Game Systems Architect logs is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime during scheduled maintenance windows.
DUE DILIGENCE: WHAT DEVELOPERS SHOULD ASK
Does EnginePath claim ownership of my final build?
No. You retain 100% ownership of your binary and assets; we only maintain IP rights over the engine-specific integration logic used to compile them.
What happens if platform APIs (Metal/Vulkan) update suddenly?
Our "hot-fix" logs aim to provide updates within 48 hours of major stable releases, though runtime performance targets may vary initially.
Are there hidden costs for high-traffic mobile apps?
Usage of our technical blueprints is fixed; monetization integration blueprints may involve third-party API costs outside our control.
Can I port my project to legacy hardware using this tech?
We provide constraints for legacy RAM ceilings, but we do not guarantee frame stability on devices produced before 2019.
How do you handle data privacy for my beta testers?
Telemetry is non-identifiable. We strictly adhere to our Privacy Policy regarding all end-user data collection.
ASSUMPTION 01
We assume all developers using our tools have basic proficiency in Unity, Unreal, or C++ and understand the trade-offs between visual fidelity and frame stability.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EnginePath is not responsible for battery consumption peaks or thermal throttling caused by excessive draw calls in unoptimized developer builds.
PIVOT CONDITION
Should a critical shader compilation stutter be identified within our core delivery pipeline, we hold the right to push emergency "hot-fixes" to the platform without prior notice.
TERMINATION
OF ACCESS
Violation of these terms—including unauthorized redistribution of asset compression blueprints or harassment toward our Mobile Performance Specialists—will result in immediate termination of account privileges. EnginePath reserves the right to protect its technical infrastructure and the integrity of the developer community.
