01. Data Acquisition & Purpose
When you engage with the EnginePath ecosystem, we collect information that helps us optimize your development experience. This includes account details, device performance telemetry, and diagnostic logs from our gaming applications. We don't collect data "just because"—every byte is mapped to a specific functional outcome, such as reducing shader compilation stutters or preventing thermal throttling on mid-range Android hardware.
In the context of our gaming tools, we process "Usage Data" which includes interaction frequency, feature utilization, and technical metadata. This allows our graphics engineers to prioritize updates that actually impact the community's daily workflow.
02. Encryption & Vaulting
Security is not a feature; it is a constraint we build within. All personal data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 protocols. We leverage localized Italian data centers to ensure that your information remains governed by the rigorous privacy laws of the European Union.
Transmission Security
End-to-end encryption for all API calls between your game client and our performance backend.
Sovereign Storage
Physical hardware located exclusively in Roma, preventing extra-judicial data access.
03. Third-Party Nexus
To maintain a global gaming platform, we use specialized partners for services like payment processing and cloud storage. These partners are strictly vetted to ensure their privacy standards match our own. We maintain a "No Handover" policy for selling personal information; your identity is never the product in the EnginePath universe.
Critical partners include secure payment gateways for licensing and diagnostic tools for monitoring frame-rate stability across different mobile GPU architectures.
